Decision

RESOLVED that
DSI Billing Services Ltd (DSI) (company registration
number 03823171) are awarded a contract to deliver the services
described below in accordance with the terms of the G-Cloud
Framework Agreement (Govmail Hybrid
Mail).  The contract has an approximate
value of £103,000 per annum (excluding VAT) and shall have a
duration of 2 years with an option to rollover for successive
periods of 12 months with a maximum Term of 4 years.
