The Council award a one off grant from reserves held
in the neighbourhood renewal fund to Harlow Rugby Football Club not
to exceed £50,000.

Reasons for the decision

The grant funding will deliver much needed
community programmes, and ensure a safe and compliant facility for
the residents of Harlow.

Alternative options considered

The Harlow Rugby Football Club could seek
funding from others, however here, match funding using the Councils
grant may be sought.
