Decision

RESOLVED that:
 
A    
The Council enters into an eighteen month contract via Crown
Commercial Services Framework 6232 with the contractor to deal with
all aspects of lettings management, act as a registered provider
for the purposes of the Councils housing allocation policy and
manage repairs and maintenance.

 
B    
Any contract entered into is capable of transferring to an LLP
controlled by the Council.

 
C    
The LLP reports key performance indicators, including rent levels
set by the market to Cabinet.
