The Cabinet approved in principle a proposal to enter into a 40-year nominations agreement with Inspired Solutions for up to 600 build-to-rent properties. The decision was made on 11/03/2026. This agreement includes a property-specific nomination agreement for up to 100 units, with rent guarantees at current Local Housing Allowance rates.
