The Director of Housing and Property (Interim) approved the award of a works contract for the redevelopment of 8 Hamilton Drive on 7th April 2026. The contract, valued at £450,000, was awarded to Elm Site Services Limited. Minimum standards for sub-contractors will be introduced, and performance will be monitored by the Programme Delivery Project Surveyor and a Clerk of Works.
