The Cabinet Member for Planning and Public Protection approved the implementation of a permit parking scheme in the Beam Park area on 13/05/2026. The decision included the introduction of permit parking bays, permit parking areas, pay and display parking bays, shared use parking bays, and waiting restrictions. The scheme will be funded from the Regeneration Capacity & Feasibility budget.
