The purpose of the Community Infrastructure Levy Investment Panel is to provide advice to the Cabinet on the appropriate and ‘best value’ use of funding received through CIL receipts, and the prioritisation of funding requests for both internal and external infrastructure projects, in accordance with the governing regulations
