To supplement improvements
to the Client function and contract monitoring regime a Ground Maintenance
Contract oversight Member Panel has been established to assist with strategic
level monitoring. The contractor will be required to present to the Panel twice
yearly (likely to be February and Septembe, or more
frequently if required), in addition to usual officer level monthly contract
meetings.
The Panel will be a
Portfolio Panel comprised of the Portfolio Holder (chair) and one member from
each Group.
One Panel meeting each
year would be opened to include Towns, Parishes, Friends Groups and wider
resident involvement and engagement.
