RESOLVED that Cabinet noted
the contents of the report.
 
Reasons for
decision
 
Since the expressions of interest were only
received on 19th June the full options analysis had yet to be
completed so this report was simply an update.
 
Further clarification questions arising from
the interest shown were being collated and would be issued for
further answers. Once those additional responses were received they
would be analysed and a further report would be brought to Cabinet
for full consideration of the options open to the
Council.
 
Alternative Options
Considered
 
The Council was undertaking a reconsideration
of the options prepared between 2016 and 2019 for the Car Park to
enable a future strategy to be approved and implemented.
 
These options can be summarised as
follows:
