Purpose

1.1
This report sets out the
policies reviewed in Quarter 1 2025/26 as part of the Council’s rolling HR
policy review programme.
The purpose is
to ensure that all employment-related policies remain up to date,
legally compliant, and aligned with best practice, organisational
needs, and the Council’s objectives and values.
