Purpose

This report
provides an update following the report on the People Strategy and
Action Plan 2025 – 2028 presented to the Personnel Committee
on 15 May 2025. It confirms the outcome of staff consultation, sets
out the finalised and designed version of the strategy, and
provides a progress update on delivery of the People Strategy
Action Plan quarter 1 2025/26.
