Purpose
1.1
It is proposed that the temporary
staffing structure which has been in place in the Executive Suite
since June 2024, be made permanent.
This report
seeks approval to create a new part-time (20 hours per week) grade
10 post of Personal Assistant (PA). The proposal is based on a
comprehensive evaluation of current and projected workload demands,
the need to enhance operational efficiency, and the alignment of
resources with the Council’s strategic and corporate
objectives.
