Decision
 
RESOLVED that the Officer
responses to the recommendations to the Policy Review
Committee’s Houses of Multiple Occupation (HMO) Task and
Finish group are agreed as set out in Appendix A.
 
Reasons for
decision
 
Section 122 of the Local Government and Public
Involvement in Health Act 2007 places a duty on the Cabinet to
respond to recommendations from scrutiny committees within two
months, indicating what action the Cabinet proposes to take.
Appendix A to this report sets out the Cabinet responses to the
recommendations.
 
Alternative Options
Considered
 
As stated above the Cabinet has a duty to
respond to recommendations from scrutiny committees and therefore
there are no alternative options.
