Purpose

To seek approval for changes to the
Planning Department staffing structure to achieve cost savings and
to better align resources with operational needs by strengthening
technical capacity.
The restructure
reflects updated service priorities, increasing operational
demands, and the need to ensure the department has the right
balance of expertise to deliver a high-quality planning
service.
