Purpose

To approve the
funding requested by Cabinet for the acquisition of three
residential properties located in South Mimms, Bushey and
Borehamwood at the sums set out in Schedule 1 of the Part 2 report,
and to authorise the progression of the refurbishment works as set
out in Schedule B of that Part 2 report.
