Purpose

This report provides a
framework for quarterly reporting on people data and trends
(Appendix
A). The report includes data
on sickness absence, recruitment/retention and other people-related
metrics.

1.2
The aim is to provide a
clear concise overview of people data, enabling Committee Members
and the Senior Leadership Team to track progress, identify trends,
and make informed decisions about workforce planning and
organisational performance.
