Exceptional Cabinet Member Decisions (in lieu of April 2020 Cabinet) due to the Coronavirus Emergency

Prior to the introduction of virtual council meeting legislation, the planned April 2020 Cabinet did not take place to the National Coronavirus Emergency. However, in order for key decision-making that month to continue, the Leader together with Cabinet Members took such decisions individually and on behalf of the Cabinet.
