About

The Hillingdon Health and Wellbeing Board enables local councillors, the NHS, public health and social care representatives and providers to work together to improve the health and wellbeing of the people of the Borough. This new partnership will identify opportunities for collaboration and integration across agencies and will develop direct links to services users, patients and local residents, in particular via Healthwatch Hillingdon.   The Board has the duty to produce a Joint Health and Wellbeing Strategy containing priorities for action for Hillingdon.  These are: Improve health and wellbeing and reduce inequalities; Invest in prevention and early intervention; Develop integrated, high quality social care and health services within the community and at home; and Creating a positive experience of care.  The Delivery Plan shows the objectives and activities that will support the delivery of these priorities.
