To award a Disabled Facilities Grant (‘the Grant’) of up to £85,205.31 (case reference: DISF/943/24).

Reasons for the decision

 To enable suitable adaptations to be made to the home of a disabled child.

Alternative options considered

 Not to award the Grant. This has been rejected as the adaptations are required to accommodate the needs of a disabled child.
