Cabinet noted the progress made in implementing the One Hounslow
Financial Strategy and the remaining steps to deliver the setting
of a balanced revenue budget for 2025/26;

Cabinet noted the in-year General Fund financial position and the
potential use of reserves to balance the 2024/25 outturn
forecast;

·      
Cabinet noted the savings identified to date that will contribute
to reducing the budget gap identified that would be subject to
scrutiny at Overview and Scrutiny Committee in January 2025
(Appendix C of the submitted report).
