Cabinet agreed that the Hounslow Heat Network Project could proceed
to the next stage of its development of a phase 1 scheme, as
referred to in Section 4.1 of the submitted report;
·      
Cabinet agreed to the submission of a bid to the Green Heat Network
Fund (GHNF) for £11m capital funding for commercialisation
and construction of the Phase 1 scheme;
·      
Cabinet noted that the recommended route to secure a commercial
delivery and funding partner would be agreed following completion
of activity identified in the Climate Emergency Action Plan update
agreed by Cabinet in January 2025.
