Cabinet approved the Tenancy Strategy 2025, attached at Appendix 1
of the submitted report;

Cabinet approved the gradual replacement of council housing
tenants’ existing fixed-term flexible tenancies, with secure
lifetime tenancies, on the expiry of their individual fixed terms,
to be fully completed by 1 April 2030, as set out in section 12 of
the submitted report.
