Cabinet approved the acquisition of Park Road Allotments.

Cabinet approved the allocation of a capital budget as set out in
Exempt Appendix 4 of the submitted report to be funded from the
general fund capital programme unallocated budget, for the
acquisition of Park Road Allotments.

Cabinet delegated authority to the Director ICP & Commissioning
in consultation with the Cabinet Member for Culture Leisure &
Public Spaces, to make the necessary arrangements to agree the
terms of acquisition and enter into any
associated legal documentation to acquire Park Road Allotments
within the approved budget.
