Cabinet approved the initiation of the Corporate Services Contract
Review project and its addition to the People Portfolio.

Cabinet approved the allocation of a budget of up to £473k to
be funded from the One Hounslow Transformation Reserve to enable
project mobilisation and completion of works to Gateway 3,
presentation of an Outline Business Case, and the associated budget
virements.

Cabinet delegated to the Executive Director of Finance and
Resources, the ability to use flexible use of capital receipts
regulation to capitalise costs if, and only if, this project
delivered transformation savings.
