Borough Council agreed the appointment of:
·      
John Turnbull as an independent non-voting member of the Audit and
Governance Committee.
·      
Ilva (Fay) Kana as an independent non-voting member of the Audit
and Governance Committee.
·      
It was noted that both would be eligible for an allowance of
£2,000 per annum (representing a total cost of £4,000
per annum).
