Borough Council approved the following revised parts of the
Constitution:

Council Procedure Rules
·      
Borough Council agreed that authority be delegated to the Director
of Law and Governance (Monitoring Officer) to make consequential
amendments to Rule 12 “Duration of Meetings” of the
Committee Procedure Rules; and to correct any minor drafting errors
following consultation with the Leader of the Council.
·      
Borough Council agreed that the revised parts of the Constitution
referred to in the above recommendations should come into effect on
27 May 2025.
