Borough Council agreed to adopt the Pay Policy Statement 2025/26 at
Appendix A of the submitted report, as required under the Localism
Act 2011, and to delegated authority to the Monitoring Officer to
make such changes to the terms of reference of the Chief Officer
Employment Panel and Officer Employment Procedure Rules as are
necessary to align them with that policy statement.

Borough Council noted the Pay Gap Report as set out at Appendix B
of the submitted report.
