Councillor Allan Joseph asked Councillor
Shivraj Grewal the following: Can the Cabinet Member give an update
on which streets in the borough will see dimmer streetlights as a
result of his recent budget proposals and how these streets will be
assessed? If not, can he tell us when streets should expect to find
out if they are affected?
