Cabinet noted the Consultation Draft Housing Strategy’s
summary of current and projected homelessness, housing needs and
conditions in Hounslow. (Appendix 1 of the submitted report)

Cabinet approved the Consultation Draft Housing Strategy 2025-2030,
incorporating the Homelessness and Rough Sleeping Strategy, its
priorities and activities to address these. (Appendix 1 of the
submitted report)

Cabinet agreed the commencement of a consultation on the
Consultation Draft Housing Strategy for a period of six weeks,
between 17 April 2025 and 30 May 2025, noting the outline
consultation plan attached at Appendix 3 of the submitted
report.

Cabinet approved the Council Housing Asset Management Plan, part of
the evidence base for the Housing Strategy, which set out ongoing
actions to address housing conditions within Hounslow Council
housing, at Appendix 2 of the submitted report.
