Cabinet noted the work to date on bringing forward the
redevelopment of the Brentford Police Station and Albany Riverside
for residential units and the reprovision of a cultural facility in
Section 4 of the submitted report.

Cabinet approved the Collaboration Agreement (exempt Appendix 2 of
the submitted report) with relevant companies within the
Topland Group for the redevelopment of
the project sites, subject to such minor changes as the Director of
Regeneration and Economic Growth considered appropriate.

Cabinet delegated authority to the Director of Regeneration and
Economic Growth in consultation with the Executive Director and
Lead Member for Regeneration and Development to negotiate the
detailed terms for and to approve the entering into of a
Multi-party Agreement (exempt Appendix 3 of the submitted report)
as outlined in the substantive report.
