Before addressing
the submitted report, Councillor Shantanu Rajawat, Leader of the
Council, announced that Councillor Ranjit Gill would be joining the
Labour Party from the Conservative Party. Councillor Gill was
welcomed to the Labour Group accompanied by a round of
applause.
