Council approved the recommendation of the Chief Officer Employment
Panel that Mandy Skinner should be appointed as Chief Executive and
Head of Paid Service.

Councillor agreed to appoint Mandy Skinner as the Electoral
Registration Officer for the Feltham and Heston, Brentford and
Isleworth, and Hammersmith and Chiswick constituencies, and as the
Returning Officer at future elections to the London Borough of
Hounslow.

Council agreed to approve that the appointment takes immediate
effect.
