Cabinet approved the appropriation (formal transfer) of one
council-owned house, School House, Chatsworth Primary School, Heath
Road, Hounslow TW3 2NW, from the General Fund Property Account to
the Housing Revenue Account, for the provision of social housing,
subject to consent from The Secretary of State for Education.

Cabinet approved the appropriation (formal transfer) of council
land on High Street Brentford, in front of Brentford County Court
Alexandra Road, Brentford TW8 0JJ, from the General Fund Property
Account to land held by the Borough in its capacity as a Highways
Authority - in connection with the creation of a new cycleway.

Cabinet delegated authority to the Executive Director of
Regeneration and Housing in consultation with the Lead Member for
Regeneration and Development, to oversee the administration of the
appropriations (formal transfers).
