Cabinet approved the approach to the enhancement of Hounslow House
as set out in the submitted report and the Business Case for the
move of Adult Education classrooms into Hounslow House in Appendix
1 of that report.

Cabinet approved a capital budget allocation of £1.46m to be
funded by Adult Education grant (£742k) and £718k from
the general fund unallocated capital programme budget and the
associated budget virements to reflect the project in the 2024/25
capital programme.
·      
Cabinet delegated authority for the implementation of the building
enhancements to the Executive Director Regeneration, Housing and
Environmental Services including the procurement and letting of
associated contracts.
