Cabinet resolved that the public and press should be
asked to leave the meeting during discussion of the remaining items
of business because exempt information as defined in Paragraph 3 of
Part I of Schedule 12A of the Local Government Act 1972 was likely
to be made known. 
 
The live broadcast
to the Council’s YouTube channel was stopped at this point in
the meeting.
