The Cabinet noted the content
of the Treasury Management Annual Report 2022/23 and referred the
report to Borough Council, asking Borough Council to note the
content of the Treasury Management Annual Report 2022/23 as per the
requirements of the Chartered Institute of Public Finance and
Accountancy (CIPFA) Treasury Management in the Public Services:
Code of Practice (The Code).
