Cabinet noted progress undertaken by the Safer Communities
Improvement Programme to date (Outline Business Case at Appendix A
of the submitted report).
•        
Cabinet approved the recommended Safer Communities Target Operating
Model, and delegate authority to the Assistant Chief Executive to
take or delegate the operational steps required in order to implement next steps.
•        
Cabinet approved the allocation of a budget of £128,000
funded from the One Hounslow Transformation Reserve, to deliver
Phase Three - Detailed Design and Initial Implementation - of the
safer Communities Target Operating Model.
