Purpose

To award a one-year contract to Destin
Solutions Ltd through G-Cloud 14 framework for Nexus solution
managed service to identify missing Business Rate and Council Tax
assessments in respect of the area covered by Ipswich Borough
Council, Babergh District Council and Mid Suffolk District
Council.
 
The reasons this decision has been taken
are:
• The councils are required to notify the
Valuation Office Agency of any changes required to the
rating and banding list such as new
properties, splits, and mergers.
• Adding properties to the banding and
rating list will generate additional income.
• Companies listed as offering this
service on the G-Cloud 14 framework have been considered.
• The solution offered by Destin
represents the best value for money.

Decision

To award a contract with Destin Solutions Ltd
for a 12-month period.
 
Reason:
