Purpose

A combined hackney carriage/private hire
driver failed to provide the Council with a pass certificate for a
driving assessment.

Decision

In accordance with Council policy the driver
can not a hackney or private hire vehicle therefore their license
is suspended.
 
The Chair of Licensing and Regulatory
Committee was consulted.
 
No alternative options were considered.
