Purpose

Ipswich Borough Council requires 2 x panel
vans to replace current vehicles.
 
The Crown Commercial Services Framework
Agreement – RM6244 has been used to identify suitable
vehicles. This framework allows a comparison of vehicle
specifications, pricing and selection of the vehicle most
appropriate.

Decision

To purchase the vehicles of the required
specification from Renault Retail Group UK Ltd at a total cost of
£46,739.82 + VAT + £110 Initial Registration for both
vehicles. Cost of the vehicles is inclusive of delivery and
livery.
 
Reason:
To replace current vehicles.
