Purpose
An open procurement process using Suffolk e-sourcing was completed for the services of a skilled and experienced research and benchmarking firm to provide Tenant Satisfaction Measures services for Ipswich Borough Council’s Housing Services.
The decision was taken to award the contract to Acuity Research & Practice Ltd with a value of £44,605.00 and an initial contract term of 12-months with 2x 12-month extension funded from existing budgets.
The overall tender was evaluated on selection criteria of 60% price and 40% quality.
