Purpose

The services of Mott MacDonald have been
procured through the ESPO Framework Agreement 664-21 Consultancy
Services to provide part-time, temporary support, primarily around
Biodiversity Net Gain (BNG).
 
A maximum of 30K was identified within the
scope but it is estimated that based on the hourly cost of
£76.57 for 22.5 hours a week for a three-month period that
this would cost approximately £20,673.90. The funding for
this is to come from the Biodiversity Net Gain (BNG) Grant and any
additional fee
incurred to come through the Planning Policy,
non-contracted services, budget.
