Purpose

The Council is required to publish an annual
housing trajectory to show expected delivery of housing over the
Local Plan period. It is important to maintain an up to date
understanding of the likely delivery of sites to
maintain a supply of sites for residential
development in the Borough and meet housing need.
 
Planning and Development expertise is needed
to both review local assumptions about lead in times and delivery
rates for housing sites and engage with developers and landowners
to understand their intentions and any barriers to sites coming
forward.

Decision

to award the contract to Nathaniel Lichfield
& Partners Ltd. for the value of £25,480 (excluding
VAT).
 
Reason:
To undertake an update of the Council’s
housing trajectory to support the Local Plan delivery.
