Full council record
Purpose
We have received Rough Sleeper Initiative
funding for the period 2022-2025 and propose to continue the core
mental health provision with a contract from 01/04/2024 to
31/03/2026 and a contract value of £192,572.
Decision
to waive the market testing required by
section 3.10.2 of Contract Standing Orders and direct award to the
mental health service provided by the
NHS via Norfolk and Suffolk Foundation Trust
(NSFT).
Reason:
The Norfolk and Suffolk Foundation Trust
(NSFT) are the only local mental health trust and there is no other
provider able to deliver this service. Having services embedded in
the Trust enables referrals to other mental health services, access
to treatment and health records.
