Purpose

A contract has been in place with Destin
Solutions Ltd to provide a managed service using their Nexus system
to identify missing business rate and council tax assessments in
respect of the areas covered by Ipswich Borough Council, Babergh
District Council and Mid Suffolk District Council.
 
The contract has one 12-month extension period
available upon agreement of both parties. The extension covering
the period 2nd April 2024 to 2nd April 2025. The contract extension
has been agreed as existing, with the same pricing schedule. The
value of the contract is £10,000 for the 12-month period.

Decision

To extend the contract with Destin Solutions
Ltd for the 12-month extension period within the contract.
 
Reason:
To continue to identify missing business rate
and council tax assessments in respect of the areas covered by
Ipswich Borough Council, Babergh
District Council and Mid Suffolk District Council.
