Purpose

The Council has a contract with Faithorn
Farrell Timms (FFT) to provide Principal Designer services to
fulfil the legal duty holder responsibilities under the
Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015.
 
The Council has taken the decision to vary the
existing contract value from £30,000 to £60,000. The
length and duration of the contract remains unchanged, with the
original contract term expiring on 07.06.2026.
