Purpose

An open procurement process using Suffolk
e-sourcing was completed for the services of a contractor to
provide high level gutter cleaning to 3 and 4 storey blocks of
flats across the Borough. Six tenders were returned and evaluated
through this exercise.

Decision

To appoint Ramora Limited. The bid price was
£89,992.89.
The overall tender was evaluated on selection
criteria of 70% price and 30% quality.
 
Reason:
To carry out high level gutter cleaning
works.
