Purpose

The opportunity for the Council to acquire
this property was introduced by property agents KLM. The agents
supported the acquisition of the property by providing market
knowledge and advice.
 
As the supplier is not on a framework the
Council will have to sign on supplier terms and therefore approval
was sought to make this a non-relevant contract under
CSO’s.

To proceed with a non-relevant contract, to
which CSO’s do not apply to appoint KLM Real Estate on
suppliers Terms of Engagement.
