Purpose

The Property Services Team have had a long
standing vacancy to fulfil a Senior Estates Surveyor post. The role
has been advertised via the Council’s usual platforms. A
candidate was put forward by an external recruitment company, who
was successful and has been recruited to the post. As the supplier
is not on a framework the Council will have to sign on supplier
terms and therefore approval was sought to make this a non-relevant
contract under CSO’s.

Decision

To proceed with a non-relevant contract, to
which CSO’s do not apply and to appoint Vivid Resourcing on
suppliers Terms of Engagement.
 
Reason:
