Purpose

An open procurement process using Suffolk
e-sourcing was completed for the replacement of the communal
boilers at Hollywell’s Court and Broke Hall House Sheltered
Schemes. However, the boiler replacement at Broke Hall House has
subsequently been deferred. Therefore, the decision relates only to
Holywells Court.

Decision

To appoint DPL Group, whose bid for Holywells
Court was £35,200.00.
 
Reason:
To replace the boiler at Holywells Court.
